During Covid we knew our youngest was going to fall behind. We both worked full time with additional volunteer jobs in our community and we knew that we could not give him the help he needed without arguments and struggles. I saw a post from Olivia about virtual tutoring and I knew it was something that we needed. Our son had her as a teacher and we knew how amazing she was not only with kids but with our son. She has an amazing way of communicating with them and helping them.
My parents were both Elementary educators and my dad couldn't believe what an amazing teacher we had found. She is definitely one that will always be remembered.
We knew that an hour a week would help more than just with classroom intervention or summer school. Our son was so excited each week to work with her and she made learning fun for him. At the end of this year with just a few months of tutoring, his reading improved 50%. We are beyond grateful that Olivia has offered this program for our son.

Mrs. Fishbook has made our life easier! My daughter had the pleasure of having her as a 1st grade teacher. She really loved her class and teaching style. And this was during COVID, when in person class time was at a minimum. Our daughter got a little behind in subjects like Math, Reading, and Writing in 2nd grade- as it seemed many kids had. She seemed to literally have zero interest in practicing with me with anything schoolwork related. It was a real struggle and even started to affect our relationship. So, when I heard some other moms mentioning that Mrs. Fishbook was providing online tutoring, we jumped at the chance to get our daughter signed up. And I'm so glad we did! Not only has my daughter improved with her Reading, Writing, and Math, she actually looks forward to her sessions. Even after being at school all day! Pretty impressive. It's helped our mother/daughter relationship as well. Mrs. Fishbook is extremely patient and in tune with kids. She also gives them a little time during the session to chat and interact, while still keeping their attention academically. I would recommend her to anyone, literally anyone for tutoring! You will not be disappointed.
